I've wanted to get up early and take advantage of the dawn quiet for years. But with little kids who didn't sleep, and my own need for a good 7-8 hours, it always felt like such a struggle and something that really wore me down. After reading The 5am Club, I wanted to try again. In this episode, I talk through what didn't work before and how I'm trying to harness the mornings with a new gentler intention that involves less 'push' and more 'ease'...with all the benefits of a lovely start to my mornings.
