Usually we bring practices into our life for a purpose. We want to feel energetic, we want to get rid of back pain, we want to get rid of that stressed-out feeling inside. We have big asks of yoga & meditation. Sometimes we expect a lot from an individual practice session. So what do we do when practices doesn't go as planned? And how can we be open to the benefits of detours and the aim of 1% better...Would it help us stick with it and help us achieve what we're really after?
